Our annual seminars not meant to be conferences. Conferences have the purpose of gathering like minded believers from distant locations together for fellowship.
Though there may be likeminded believers at our seminars, we do not make a special effort to attract those already familiar to grace doctrine.
Our seminars are for those new to the mystery of Christ in our area who do not come to our regular meetings.
Unlike conferences which can degenerate into mere social reunions, pep rallies, and tend to spawn new and strange doctrines, our seminars have an orientation around people who are new to the material.
For this reason, if you are a veteran to right division you may find our seminars elementary and maybe even “old hat” for you. That is fine. They may not be for you.
With new people in mind our purpose becomes evangelistic, our encouragement comes from working together, and our content remains on solid doctrinal ground.
