Paul continues his reproof of the Corinthians who have responded positively to the gospel, but struggle to do the ministry which they see as a burden. They are warned against glorying in appearance and the temporal. Instead they are instructed to find their strength, joy, and glory in the ministry of the all sufficient Christ and his grace.
