Wisdom can be gained in three ways:
1. Parents or other people
2. Personal life experience
3. The Bible
Young orphans with no Bible have the biggest disadvantage starting out in life.
Experienced elders with a Bible in their hand should be treasure chests.
If you don’t know any wise men, then read the books of wise men. This takes time.
If you don’t have life experience, get out there and do some work. Then be patient.
Whatever you do, do not avoid the Bible.
“Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.” – 1 Cor 1:25
The Bible can give you a shortcut to wisdom. It contains wisdom greater than 100 wise men, and saves you time in life experience.
To get on the shortcut you must know how to find God’s will in the Bible, that is, it must be rightly divided.
A failure to rightly divide will lead you down the long dark road of life experience with blind faith as a navigator.
A word of the wise: learn to use the Bible soon, and save yourself the time and trouble.
For His glory,
