Habakkuk is a book describing the prophet’s conversation with God about the continuing evil in Judah and the apparent silence from heaven. It includes Habakkuk’s burden expressed to God, God’s reproof in the form of a vision of his wrath and justice to all, and Habakkuk’s prayer when his hope is renewed in the God of his salvation.
