Most churches are not Bible believing.
One evidence of this is how unpopular it is to hear anyone take a strong stand that the Bible is right about everything.
The Bible is right about everything, not just morality, or things Jesus said, but about everything it says about anything.
This is called the doctrine of infallibility. At one point it was an accepted doctrine of Christianity. It has fallen on hard times. An infallible word of God has been exchanged for the infallible utterances of experts.
David believed God was infallible.
“Therefore I esteem all thy precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.” – Psalm 119:128
God inspired all scripture, which means from beginning to end, the Bible is always true.
“Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.” – Psalm 119:160
This infallible book of God functions to make the man of God perfect (2 Tim 3:17).
To believe the Bible means that the God-inspired book you hold in your hand is right, true, and perfect in all things.
Let God be true,
