Description:

One of the two times that Paul uses the phrase “new testament” is in a passage talking about eating the Lord’s Supper in Corinth (1 Cor 11:25). When referring to the night Christ was betrayed he says, “This cup is the new testament in my blood”.

This passage has caused great confusion when people do not rightly divide. Even among those who would be unashamed workman, there is a tendency to put the Body of Christ under Israel’s covenant and blend Prophecy and Mystery.

There is an alternative Pauline understanding which maintains the separation of Israel from the Church, Pauline communion, and maintains the division between Prophecy from Mystery.

Learn how the one blood of Christ shed for the New Testament is the same blood that procures for us all spiritual blessings according to grace.
